I. Maximize: Utilizing ECQ for Tourism Enterprise (April 14-16, 2020)

Brief Description
This 6-hour program, divided to 2-hour session for 3 days will enable participants to monitor, evaluate and learn from their past and present situations to prepare themselves better for the future.  The online webinar features some group sessions, but the emphasis is on practical exercises sent via group/private message. The program also offers many opportunities to work on current, real-life management problems. It will also provide them tools and methodologies to plan and prepare for post-ECQ/Post-COVID-19 situation.

Participants

Managers and/or owners, supervisors and other workers of tourism enterprises such as tourist accommodation facilities, travel and tour operators, MICE facilities, food establishments and other tourism related enterprises, tour guides and other tourism front-liners.

Trainer
Martin Aguilar is the founder and Chief Consultant of The Filipino Hospitality, a consulting, marketing and training firm on tourism and hospitality. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also an ASEAN Master Assessor on Front Office labor division and is currently the Mutual Recognitions Arrangement for Tourism Professionals (MRA-TP) Consultant for the ASEAN Secretariat.
