Dear Ms. Aquino:

Greetings from Rajah Travel Corporation (RTC)! Our message comes as we would like to spread the campaign of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) as we are the only Philippine-based member since 2017.

We are pleased to share with you that the WTTC recently launched their #Wear2Care campaign. #Wear2Care embraces and promotes the use of face covering to reduce the risk of transmission, protect everyone, as well as reintroduce a sense of normality as we learn to live with Covid-19 until a vaccine is found. The wearing of protective face covering helps signal the return of safer travels, while also providing personal protection for yourself as well as those around you.

We believe that this campaign deserves a united front by the tourism industry and a show of support to demonstrate how serious we are in reducing the risks of COVID by simply wearing a mask. We hope you can spread the word by posting pictures of yourselves, and your associations, as you proudly wear your masks, and by using the hashtag #Wear2Care, #WTTC, #Philippines and #RajahTravel. Hopefully, this will draw away from the negative news that the Philippines has the highest number of COVID-19 cases in Southeast Asia, and the recent news that Filipinos have been carriers of the virus to our neighboring countries.

Don’t forget to tag the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) and Rajah Travel Corporation (RTC) so we can continue spreading the same. We have attached a sample post as well.

We hope to see your support in this important campaign and we hope you circularize this to your members as well. Together, we can make travel possible again!

Thank you.
