DOT Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat is invited to formally welcome all the participants and deliver her inspirational remarks.

Brief Description:
The Leadership Excellence Series 2021 (“LES”): A 360° Virtual Learning Experience is DOT-NCR’s on-going initiative that forms part of the National Recovery Campaign of the Department of Tourism for the Tourism Industry. LES 2021, inspired by the worldrenowned TEDTalks, is a creatively programmed online course brought to life from the traditional webinar format through 3D and greenscreen technology. It features “high impact,” “long-lasting,” “disruptive” and “novel” topics, which will be headlined by captains of industry, policy-shapers, thought makers and the like. These quarterly online learning courses are aligned with the DOT-OIMD’s direction to “re-tool,” “re-skill,” and “re- boot” tourism leaders and frontliners, while the DOT- NCR aims to deliver these courses with the concept of Filipino Hospitality 2.0 in mind.
