Using Global Proficiency International Standards (ISTE) for Employee Recruitment, Development, Curriculum Integration to Ensure Employability of the Filipino Workforce (October 28, 2021)

Greetings from GAIN!

We cordially invite you to DIGITAL PROFICIENCY INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) MASTER CLASS 2 with the theme "Using Global Proficiency International Standards (ISTE) for Employee Recruitment, Development, Curriculum Integration to Ensure Employability of the Filipino Workforce" to be held on October 28, 2021, 1:00-5:00 PM via Zoom.

This is a must-attend for HR Professionals, Academics, Curriculum Implementors, Industry and Government Leaders.

To be globally competitive, the Philippine Workforce needs to be equipped with both digital skills and global language communication skills to succeed in today’s borderless workplace. Workplace technologies alone do not guarantee success for the organization; it is important that people get to learn and use them as intended.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to use digital proficiency international standards using ISTE in developing training programs, recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, organizational policies, and software systems, and quality assessments of college graduates' skills. ISTE also offers a wealth of FREE learning resources to develop targeted digital proficiency skills which will be discussed in this workshop.

This Masterclass augments the learnings from  GAIN’s August 11, 2021 Masterclass I on Global Proficiency International Standards focusing on Digital Competencies (DigiComp).

To register not later than October 26, please scan the QR code in our event poster, or click on this link: https://gaininc.weebly.com/register.html

We look forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,
