Philippine Travel Survey
Hi Travelers! The Department of Tourism (DOT), together with Guide to the Philippines and the AIM - Dr. Andrew L. Tan Center for Tourism, is committed to supporting the tourism industry during this difficult time. As we plan the future of tourism in our country, we need to listen to your sentiments and concerns. Sparing at least 10 minutes to answer this survey is a huge support to our endeavor.

The results of this survey will give valuable insights for tourism enterprises on how to better prepare, respond, and serve you again once the COVID-19 pandemic ends and travel restrictions are lifted. A summary and analysis of this survey will be published and made available to all tourism enterprises.

We truly appreciate your contribution. Please share this with your family and friends who travel in the Philippines. Together, let us help the tourism industry bounce back!

Thank you. Stay safe and stay hopeful!
TESDA shall continuously perform its mandate of certifying the competence of the Filipino workforce amidst the Covid-19 pandemic adopting to the ‘new normal’ state, thru the implementation of Portfolio Assessment.

DOT Online Learnings

Background and Rationale
In view of the Extended Community Quarantine (ECQ) brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Tourism through the Office of Industry Manpower Development is developing online learning courses for tourism stakeholders. With the advice and guidance of Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, the programs were conceptualized as an alternative to the regular training programs conducted by the DOT to give tourism stakeholders the opportunity to learn and stay relevant and updated even during the ECQ. Consistent with the Bayanihan To Heal As One Act, the program is one of the activities identified by the DOT to assist and encourage stakeholders as they cope, transition to the new normal and move towards recovery.
